Devan Rice

Hello! :) My name is Devan (aka Dev). I started my tattoo career here at Black Sparrow! My artwork is versatile, and I enjoy trying to tackle new things. I enjoy illustrative styles, black work, black and grey, traditional, and have been working on my realism! But I am not limited to those styles when it comes to my artwork or tattooing. My favorite thing about what I do is being able to put a smile on people’s faces, whether it’s from just the tattoo or the conversations.

When I’m not tattooing, you can find me either spending time with family, strolling in nature, or thrifting, but I’ll always have a book on me. <3 I also am a huge true crime fan! (Fun fact, my second choice to tattooing was to be a forensic psychologist!)
